As a user, I would like the bank account onboarding to be much more predictable. The flow should manage my expectation early-on in the process:
* list the European countries where Cake is already operating (or not)
* list the different account types that Cake supports (or not)
* list the supported (financial) institutions
* list the know issues related to my (financial) institutions3 votes
