  1. Improve the settings screen

    As a user, I would like the settings screen to be improved:
    * add a clear description for each of the settings
    * highlight the outstanding actions

    Note: We have identified that some of our users don't understand specific settings. In addition, the outstanding actions are not highlighted clearly.

    I would like to see the account credentials I used to sign-into Cake.
