The feature is ready and implemented in the latest apps. We will launch the (first) referral campaign in early December.

This is a good suggestion, but we will not add it into the planning of the roadmap just yet.
Once this receives a sufficient amount of votes, we will revisit this idea.
To be continued…

Does 'gas and fuel' include charging an electric car, isn't there a better subcategory name? Maybe add a separate category for 'shared mobility' platforms like Poppy, Mobit... as well.

We’re currently not in favor of allowing users to manually add transactions.
In our research we identified that less than 10 percent of our users would go to the extend of manually adding transactions.
In addition, manual entry could easily lead to serious mistakes. We believe that these mistakes could also be challenging to troubleshoot.
We will park this idea for now. In future, we might revisit this suggestion.

Note (from Cake): We have quite a few users that are experiencing issues in setting up their ING [BE] account.
If you are experiencing problems, please contact us via the Cake app (“Settings”, “Support”, “Chat with us”).

Agree, although it might be more useful to do this (the splitting) directly in Cake?
To me, it seems a bit restrictive to limit Cake to Splitwise,
there are dozens of apps like that (Tricount is my favourite). -

At Cake, we are targeting the European market.
As “ItsMe” is (currently) only a Belgian service, we will not be implementing this (at this time).
We might reconsider this decision in a later phase.

For the accounts that connect with a bank (connected accounts), we’re no longer going to allow users to change the account type.
The bank provides the correct account type during the account synchronisation.

You can add that account to Cake as well! Then, when you go into settings, simply change the account type to 'savings'.
Definitely for long term (year-over-year) insights this might be necessary as not all customers stay with the same bank forever. E.g. my move away from bpost bank due to increased cost might result in loss of some data.
